To begin, we kindly ask you to fill out our quick survey to help us get an idea of what you are interested in.  A key aspect of this inquiry is for us to know if you are working with a specific time frame / date to wear this brand new garment.  Please keep in mind that currently our made to measure time frame is roughly four to six weeks and the time frame for our bespoke tailoring option is ten to twelve weeks.  If the garment needs to be made in a shorter time frame, please call us to discuss. 

Once we receive your inquiry and have an idea of what you may be interested in, we will schedule an appointment for your initial consultation at a time and place of your choosing, at your convenience via our online calendar.

Scheduling Your Initial Appointment

We realize that many of you have busy schedules yet still prefer the convenience and reassurance of a professional fitting.  With this in mind, our style and tailoring specialists travel throughout the GTA, bringing our custom and bespoke experience right to your doorstep at your convenience.  With the help of our expert advice, you can browse our extensive fabric collections, have your measurements taken accurately by us and receive styling tips and advice customized to your physique and tastes.  

Can You Reschedule?

As professionals, we completely understand you will have changes in schedules.  Feel free to change your appointment up to 12 hours before our scheduled appointment time to a new time of your convenience.  Should cases occur where you need to make a change last minute (less than 12 hours prior to your appointment) , simply contact us and we will gladly rebook a time that is of your convenience -- for these situations, to guarantee a spot in your newly appointed time, we require a 100-dollar deposit that will go towards your purchase.  Please note that a forfeiture of the deposit will occur if a second cancellation occurs within the 12-hour window of your rebooked time.  

What to Expect at Your Initial Appointment

On the day of your appointment, we will sit down with you to find out your exact needs, decide on fabric selections and styling details as well as taking your measurements.  This process is very much a collaboration where we value your input and ideas.  If you are unsure of exactly what you are after, we are here to help you make the most appropriate decisions based on the occasion, taste, and professional environment in which you are in. Depending on your needs and wants, these consultations take between 45 to 90 minutes. Prior to production of your garment, we require a 75% deposit with the remaining balance due on delivery.  While many of our clients choose to commence the process right away, the option of waiting to reconsider certain options is most welcomed as well.  In such cases, we charge a 100-dollar consultation fee, which will be credited to your order should you decide to proceed.
